Nice hotel with its free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with sim cards on my first stay, and the atmosphere is always cute. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

our a twin room with a large balcony, castle view, fridge & air was updated. the breakfast we ordered was particularly good with soya milk as an option and seaside view and good coffe.

Early check-in, late check-out, welcoming staff. Beautiful views of the castle & the sea from our tidy and cosy room. Plenty of facilities like: a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and an individual safe.

Spacious room, comfortable balcony, with excellent wifi and a cute atmosphere, making it easy to enjoy a good breakfast while taking our dog to a designated pet-friendly area.

A very clean hotel with excellent facilities including a nice pool. Within walking distance of the Alicante beach and only 10 minutes walk to the centre of the town so convenient for pretty much everything. Nice friendly staff and excellent communal areas.

2 receptionists at check in and check out if you don't pay on arrival you sure will miss you flight on departure 50 people in front of you on check out

Soundproofing is a joke with all the noise from neighboring rooms, and the lack of a kettle in the room is frustrating!!! Please do better on these basics!!!
